Allan Avigdor
Co-Founder & President
Allan Avigdor is a founding partner and the acting President of Quesys. He has over 25 years of IT and operations experience in Montreal's private and education sectors.
Allan has spearheaded hundreds of diverse IT projects, ranging from full school campus design and implementation to the secure integration of multinational acquisitions. He works directly with clients to properly assess their organizational needs and challenges, and then chart a strategy for the most secure, responsive, and cost-effective IT solutions.
On the technical side, Allan specializes in IT security and holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification. He also has a keen interest in education technology and in complex environment WIFI solutions.
Allan has a graduate-level academic background with multiple awards and publications. He regularly volunteers with schools and not-for-profits to help find ways to use technology to benefit the community.
Joel Ekstein
Co-Founder & CEO
Joel serves as the CEO of Quesys with over 25 year of leadership experience. His rare mix of deep technical expertise and business acumen is evidenced by a proven track record of delivering efficient technology solutions to complex business challenges.

With over 25 years of experience serving Montreal businesses of all sizes, Adam is known for building strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor to their teams.
As a founding partner and COO at Quesys, he also plays a central role in client strategy, service delivery, and organizational leadership, helping ensure that both clients and staff feel supported, engaged, and confident in the technology solutions and services we provide.
Internally, Adam leads professional development initiatives and helps foster a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
